Delete your Leya account

You can delete your Leya account at any time. It's the same account in every Leya app, so deleting it ends it everywhere.

In the app

1. Open mimosa (or any Leya app that uses your account).
2. Go to Settings, then the Leya Account card at the top.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

By email

If you can't open the app, write to support@leyaproduction.com from the email address linked to your account (your Apple or Google account's address), with the subject “Delete my Leya account”. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your profile, your username, your subscriptions' link to the account, and your devices' records.

What's kept

Records of the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice you accepted, and security records, are kept for the periods in the Privacy Notice — to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Security records lose the details that identify you.

Your documents

Your documents, cards and plans are on your device and in your own iCloud or Google Drive. Deleting your account doesn't touch them.
